This was an absolutely fantastic place to spend our last nights in this beautiful country. Our host is an extremely kind man and his house is a stunning, spacious place, more than perfect for our family. The garden is lovely and after travelling through various points in the Peloponnese and staying in close quarters, is was fantastic to spread out a bit. We cooked in the kitchen sipping on a bottle of Tsipouro that our host offered us, and we felt instantly at home. The port and the beach is a close walk in one direction and the beautiful, vibrant old city centre is a short walk the other direction. My only regret is we didn't manage to connect with Georgios and his wife on our last night. Hopefully next time. We would highly recommend this place to stay, for sure! Indeed a great place if you want to explore Kalamata. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Perfect for long term stay exploring the region. Well-appointed for a family with great bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen with plenty room to relax. Hosts were professional and hospitable and responsive when in time of need. Highly recommend!!

Kalamata is a prime destination in the Peloponnesus. This apartment is probably the best kept, the cleanest, best decorated apartment I have ever visited. It is furnished with taste. It offers brand new appliances, large bedrooms, comfortable access and sense of homey experience. The host introduced us through the town possibilities and made specific restaurants recommendations that we followed and enjoyed. Thank you !

What a great villa - modern, clean, great beds, furnishings, kitchen, etc. The host and his team were very hospitable and have us great recommendations on what to see,eat, etc. And a great location-close to the square and decent walking distance to the marina/beach. Kalamata is a great area and has much to offer. Thalias was a superb choice that exceeded our expectations and then some.

This was an exceptional place. Our host ensures that you are well informed of local restaurants and activities. He is also nearby so if you have a concern or a question he responds quickly. The property is clean and spacious for 2 people but could easily accommodate up to 4. The location was central in that you were easily located between the town center, old town and the sea. Driving in and out of the location was also easy with parking available on the side street. We would rent this apartment again, when we return to Kalamata.

I would highly recommend staying at the Green House. The apartment is beautiful and centrally located in Kalamata, allowing easy access to both the waterfront and central commercial area. Our host is fantastic, to boot. He seems to know everyone in Kalamata, and has assembled a comprehensive array of recommendations for travelers. I was initially a little unsure of whether to visit and stay in Kalamata, but I am glad that I did, both because the city itself is delightful, and because it is such a wonderful base for exploring all of Messenia.

We stayed here in April. The place was better than the photos. Very clean and with everything we needed to have a relaxing time. Perfectly located in between the city and the beach. Our host was very helpful. He helped us to arrange transport and was able to provide information that made us feel at home, just like locals. We will definitely stay here again!

We booked this place to host our entire family (10 of us) during a few days stay in Kalamata. We are so glad we did as our hosts exceeded our expectations. The house itself is well organized and clean, which can be sometimes hard to come by on a budget. The place is exactly as pictured (maybe even better), and the hosting is second to none. They were both excellent hosts and were easy to communicate with for any of our needs. They recommended where to eat and shop, and more importantly, how to navigate in and around the city. They're recommendations were always spot on. In short, they truly are Superhosts, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again.

Our host's smart green house is very tasteful and cosy. The location is ideal, between the sea and the old town. There are two balconies and a nice garden. The kitchen is well equiped. The beds are very comfortable and there is an excellent heating and cooling system, as our host is an expert in this area. He gave us lots of advice concerning Kalamata and has been a wonderful host to us. We will be glad to visit again.
